At our school, we believe that a healthy child is a happy learner. That’s why health and fitness are woven into the fabric of daily school life. To build healthy habits early, we’ve introduced fruit breaks, giving students a delicious and natural energy boost during the day. Alongside physical activity, these small routines play a big role in shaping their wellness choices for life.

Our playgrounds and sports events offer plenty of opportunities for students to discover their strengths, work as a team, and develop confidence. Whether it’s sprinting on the track, mastering a yoga pose, or participating in a friendly match, we ensure that fitness is fun, inclusive, and engaging.

With well-equipped first-aid facilities and trained staff always on standby, we prioritize student safety in every activity. We also conduct health talks, hygiene sessions, and nutrition awareness drives to nurture not just strong bodies, but informed minds.
